Don't despair now that the Olympics have finished - Blackpool Central Library has the answer.
On Thursday the library is hosting a "Sports Extravaganza" for people of all ages.
People are invited to try their hand at indoor curling, carpet bowls, skittles or table football.
There will be sports coaches on site to teach new skills and enable people to continue your chosen sport at home.
Sessions start at 10am and from this time until noon, young people aged ten and younger are invited to come along.
From noon to 2pm youngsters aged between 11 and 13 are invited to ahead, followed by those aged 14-plus, from 2pm – 4pm.
There will be some flexibility in the groupings and there will be activities in the main library area for people who do not want to commit to a time.
Tabletop football and a pool table will be available throughout the day.
Blackpool FC mascot Bloomfield Bear has also promised to attend on Thursday afternoon.
Ring Blackpool Central Library on 01253 478080 to register your interest.
